- Courier: town + line · see Summary (first row of each town+line). Shuttle shows as a label when ops sets it; otherwise Pending.
- Summary totals both sheets (empty sheets count as 0). Continue needs at least one parcel.
- Handover: Door Delivery or station drop-off.

How do I track my delivery?
Open the Track tab or search your tracking number from Home. You’ll see live status updates from pickup to drop-off.
What payment methods are accepted?
Prepaid or Pay on Delivery, both via M-Pesa STK Push. Cash on delivery isn’t supported.
Can I cancel a delivery after booking?
Yes, while it’s still pending. Open the delivery and contact support if a rider is already assigned.
How are prices calculated?
Bob quotes based on service type, package size, and route. You’ll see the estimate before payment.
