      How do I track my delivery?

      Open the Track tab or search your tracking number from Home. You’ll see live status updates from pickup to drop-off.

      What payment methods are accepted?

      Prepaid or Pay on Delivery, both via M-Pesa STK Push. Cash on delivery isn’t supported.

      Can I cancel a delivery after booking?

      Yes, while it’s still pending. Open the delivery and contact support if a rider is already assigned.

      How are prices calculated?

      Bob quotes based on service type, package size, and route. You’ll see the estimate before payment.
